Every module, one workspace

Features: lead generation, marketing and backlinks in one workspace

Three tools most growth teams buy separately, running on one set of contacts, one calendar and one analytics view. Find leads, draft and schedule content, send sequences, and track every backlink until it goes live or dies.

Lead generation that fills the list

Pull contacts from Hunter, Apollo or your own CSV lists into one place. Growmindr dedupes on import, so the same person doesn’t arrive three times under three spellings. Enrichment turns a bare domain into a named contact with a verified email. Scoring ranks the list so your team works the top of it first.

  • Hunter and Apollo contact imports
  • Import your own CSV lists
  • Automatic dedupe across sources
  • Contact enrichment from a bare domain
  • Verified email addresses on enriched contacts
  • Lead scoring to rank the list
  • Company records linked to contacts

Marketing and content, from draft to approval

Draft posts and pages with AI assistance and SEO guidance in the same editor. Brand kits keep tone, colours and logos consistent across writers. Send work through an approval workflow where reviewers comment in place instead of in email threads. The editorial calendar shows what is scheduled, on which channel, and when it goes out.

  • AI-assisted drafting with SEO guidance
  • Editorial calendar across channels
  • Social post scheduling by channel
  • Brand kits for tone and logos
  • Approval workflow with comments in place
  • Roles for editors, reviewers and viewers
  • Cross-linking between your own properties
  • One analytics view across all modules

Cold outreach that stops when someone replies

Build multichannel sequences with A/B-tested subject lines. Sending runs inside safe windows with per-domain throttling, so one prospect’s mail server doesn’t see a burst. Reply detection stops the sequence for that contact the moment an answer arrives. Connect your own SMTP, follow the SPF and DKIM guidance, and warm up the domain before volume goes up.

  • Multichannel sequences with follow-up steps
  • A/B-tested subject lines per step
  • Safe sending windows per campaign
  • Per-domain throttling on outbound mail
  • Reply detection halts the sequence
  • Your own SMTP connection
  • SPF and DKIM setup guidance
  • Domain warmup before volume rises

Backlinks tracked from request to live or lost

Find link opportunities in competitor backlink profiles, SERP footprints and broken-link scans. Qualify domains by score before you spend a pitch on them. Pitch through the same outreach engine. Then every placement is re-crawled and stamped requested, promised, live or lost, with the date it changed, so a link that quietly disappears doesn’t stay on your report.

  • Opportunities from competitor backlink profiles
  • Discovery from SERP footprints
  • Broken-link scanning on target sites
  • Domain qualification by score
  • Pitching through the outreach engine
  • Automated live and lost checking
  • Status stamps: requested, promised, live, lost
  • A date on every status change

FAQ

Do I have to use all three modules?

No. Plenty of teams start with backlinks or outreach alone and leave the rest switched off. The modules share contacts, roles and analytics when you do use them together, but nothing forces you to fill in a module you have no use for.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes. Connect your own SMTP and send under your own domain. Growmindr checks the SPF and DKIM setup and tells you what is missing, applies per-domain throttling, and keeps sending inside the windows you set. Warmup is available for domains with no sending history.

How does the live and lost check work?

Every tracked placement is re-crawled on a schedule. If the link is still on the page, it is stamped live with a date. If it is gone on the next crawl, the status moves to lost, also with a date, so removed links stop counting as wins.

Can other tools read our data?

Yes. Every workspace can issue API keys and register webhooks, so replies, status changes and new leads can be pushed into your CRM or data warehouse as they happen. The activity log records who changed what, which is usually the first thing an agency client asks about.
