Lead generation module

Lead generation software for small growth teams

Growmindr is lead generation software that pulls contacts from Hunter, Apollo and your own CSV lists, scores them, removes duplicates and turns a bare domain into a named contact with a verified email. One workspace, one contact record.

Most lead lists arrive broken. One export from a contact database, one scraped list from a colleague, one spreadsheet from an event three months ago, and the same person sits in all three under two spellings. Nobody knows which email still works, and nobody knows which rows are worth a call this week. The cleanup is manual, it happens in a spreadsheet, and it gets repeated every quarter because the sources never stopped disagreeing with each other.

Pull from Hunter, Apollo and CSV, then run lead list dedupe

Growmindr connects to Hunter and Apollo and takes your own CSV exports, so the list you already paid for is not stranded in a folder. Everything lands in one contact table with company records attached. Lead list dedupe runs across sources, not just within a single file, so the same person imported twice from two providers collapses into one record. You keep the history of where each contact came from, which matters later when you are deciding which source is worth renewing.

  • Hunter, Apollo and your own CSV lists
  • One contact table, company records attached
  • Duplicates merged across sources, not per file
  • Source kept on every imported contact

Contact enrichment and a built-in email finder

A domain on its own is not a lead. Contact enrichment turns a bare domain into a named contact with a verified email, so the row becomes something a person can actually send to. The email finder works the same way from the other direction: you have a name and a company, you need the address. Enriched fields sit on the same record as the imported ones, so nothing is copied into a second sheet and nothing drifts out of date in two places at once.

  • Bare domain to named contact with email
  • Verified email addresses on the contact record
  • Company records linked to their contacts
  • Enriched and imported fields in one place

B2B lead scoring so the list has an order

Every list has an implicit priority and it usually lives in someone’s head. B2B lead scoring writes it down. Score contacts and companies against the criteria you care about, then work the top of the list instead of the top of the spreadsheet. Because scoring sits on the same records as enrichment, a contact that looked thin last month can move up once its company record fills in. Roles decide who can change the scoring rules: owner, admin, editor, reviewer or viewer.

  • Score contacts and companies on your criteria
  • Scores update as records get enriched
  • Roles control who edits scoring rules
  • Activity log records every change

Sales prospecting that continues into outreach

Most lead generation software stops at the export. Growmindr does not: the same workspace holds cold outreach sequences, an editorial calendar and backlink tracking, so sales prospecting hands off to a sequence without a CSV in between. One analytics view covers all three modules, so you can see what the list produced rather than guessing. API keys and webhooks are there when you need the data somewhere else, and the interface is available in ten languages.

  • Leads flow straight into outreach sequences
  • One analytics view across all three modules
  • API keys and webhooks for your stack
  • Interface available in ten languages

FAQ

Where do the leads come from?

Three sources: Hunter, Apollo and your own CSV files. Connect the providers you already pay for, upload the lists you have collected, and everything lands in the same contact table with company records attached. Each contact keeps a note of where it came from, so you can compare sources later.

Can I try it without a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card: two seats, two campaigns, twenty tracked backlinks and one hundred link opportunities. Starter raises that to five seats, twenty campaigns, two hundred tracked backlinks and two thousand opportunities. Pro goes to twenty-five seats, two hundred campaigns, five thousand backlinks and fifty thousand opportunities.

Does enrichment work from just a domain?

That is what it is for. Give it a domain and enrichment returns a named contact with a verified email, attached to a company record. The email finder covers the reverse case, where you have a person and a company but no address. Both write into the existing contact record rather than a separate export.

Will it merge duplicates from different providers?

Yes. Lead list dedupe runs across sources rather than inside a single file, so a contact imported from two providers and an old spreadsheet becomes one record. Company records are matched the same way. The activity log keeps a trail of what was merged and by whom, which helps when someone asks a month later.

Can my whole team work in the same list?

Workspaces are multi-tenant and every member gets a role: owner, admin, editor, reviewer or viewer. Roles decide who can import, edit scoring rules or only read. The activity log shows who did what and when. Free covers two seats, Starter five and Pro twenty-five, so an agency can keep client work in separate workspaces.

Import a list and see what survives

The Free plan takes two seats, two campaigns and no credit card. Connect Hunter or Apollo, drop in a CSV, run the dedupe and look at what is left. If the cleaned list is worth working, the outreach sequences are already in the same workspace.
