Pricing: three plans, four limits that matter

You hit a wall, not a bill. When a plan’s limit is reached, Growmindr stops adding new items of that type and tells you which limit you hit. Nothing already tracked is deleted, and no overage is charged. Raise the limit by changing plan, or clear space first.

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, runs for as long as you want it, and is not a timed trial. It carries real limits: 2 seats, 2 campaigns, 20 tracked backlinks, 100 link opportunities. Upgrade when those limits start getting in your way.

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against what you have already paid. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep the higher limits until then. Yearly billing gives you two months free.

Not for the Free plan. You can create a workspace, invite a second person, run two campaigns and track 20 backlinks without entering card details. A card is only needed when you move to Starter or Pro, at the point you pick the plan.

That works. There is no separate backlink-only price, so you take the plan whose backlink and opportunity limits fit, usually Starter at 200 tracked links or Pro at 5,000, and leave the lead and content modules empty. Nothing obliges you to use them.
